I appreciate your trust in me to help with your Medicare plan options. Here’s a little background about myself:

My dad had already been serving Medicare clients for more than 15 years when I first stepped in to help. At first, I went in thinking it would be temporary. But once I started working with seniors, I saw how confusing the system was, and how relieved people felt when someone finally took the time to explain their options clearly and honestly. That’s when I knew I wanted to stay.

I bring a background in Information Technology, which gave me a strong foundation in data analysis and problem solving. I also spent years running a photography company, which demanded the same things any service business does: staying organized, being responsive, and making sure every client felt taken care of from start to finish. Those habits carried directly into the way I work with Medicare clients today. I get to use my analytical skills to compare plans and find the best value, while also providing the kind of personal, attentive service that clients actually remember.

What keeps me in this work is seeing the difference it makes. People don’t just need information. They need someone who will answer the phone, explain things without jargon, and help them feel confident in their decisions. I try to be available 365 days a year, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, because Medicare questions don’t follow a schedule. Sometimes that means spending an hour on the phone with a doctor’s office or pharmacy to help a client sort out a billing issue. Other times it’s as simple as a birthday call to check in and see how they’re doing.
