Biography:
Aloha
My name is Don Purdy, I was born on the island of Maui and raised on Oahu. I’m a graduate of Farrington High School. My career started in the financial industry after a few years I decided to join the travel industry, where had a career for over 35 years. The travel industry had given me the opportunity to meet and share the aloha spirit with people from all around the world, the experience has helped learn the importance of customer service. Recently, I retired from United Airlines after 26 years of service, and decided to pursue a career in insurance.
As a Licensed Insurance Agent, I’m able to continue my 35 years of customer service experience to serve our community. Insurance, whether it’s life or health, can be intimidating to some, my job is to help navigate you through the process making it a seamless and memorable experience, giving you peace of mind that you deserve for your future. I’m licensed in Nevada, Hawaii, and Utah, if you reside in one of these states, I look forward to working with you.
During my spare time in Las Vegas, I like to help out the community by volunteering for 2 non-profit organizations that I’m very passionate about. Helping Hands and Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth. Helping Hands is an organization that delivers necessities to our seniors such as meals, food, vegetables, fruits, paper products, etc. every other Saturdays. Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth works with homeless youth who needs, shelter, food, clothing, social services, and more. Other than that, I like to travel and most of all, enjoy everything Las Vegas has to offer.
