I’m originally from Portland, Oregon.i visited Hawaii in the mid 90’s on vacation and 6 months later I moved to Kauai. After a few years I was called back to the mainland as my mother was ill. Still visiting the islands and eventually the Big island of Hawaii as often as possible knowing someday I would return and make this home. 25 years later and several grandchildren later, I did just that! And I’ve never looked back.
I worked in the field of Customer Service, Sales and spent the last 16 years working with at risk youth at Youth Progress Association.
When I moved here I needed new health insurance. I met a lovely lady at the Safeway store who represented Medicare. It was a seamless transition . She made it fun. I wanted to know more about how I could begin a career in this field. I was so grateful someone took the time to help me.
Now I have that opportunity! And I am so excited to share my knowledge and help you navigate the ever changing and at times overwhelming Medicare/Medicaid programs.
